Our patented wrist-to-chest zipper configuration runs from the wrist to the upper chest on both sleeves. Two bi-directional zipper pulls on each sleeve allow you to open exactly the section needed, forearm, inner elbow, or upper arm, while the rest of the garment stays in place. Because access locations vary and can change over time, the extended zipper range provides more flexibility than short-zip alternatives. The sherpa fleece shell delivers genuine warmth without bulk, making it a go-to layer for colder treatment environments and recovery at home. Relaxed unisex fit. Women and those with smaller frames typically size down 1-2 sizes.

How do I wash it?

What sizes does it come in?

Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large, 3X-Large. Relaxed unisex fit, cut intentionally oversized. Women and smaller frames typically size down 1 to 2 sizes. The sherpa is cut a little fuller through the chest than the cotton hoodie, so if you are between sizes on this one, take the smaller size. Garment measurements are on the Sizing and fit page.

What colors does it come in?

Black, Navy, Gray, Olive. Not every color is stocked in every size. Sizes and colors that are out of stock will not be selectable.

Is it patented?

Yes. The wrist-to-chest zipper design on this hoodie is covered by a granted US design patent.

Is this warmer than the cotton hoodie?

Yes. Sherpa fleece is a heavier, higher-insulation fabric than the 95% cotton blend. If the clinic runs cold, or you sit still for four hours and get cold anyway, this is the warmer of the two hoodies. The cotton hoodie is the better choice if you overheat easily or want something you can wear year round.
