Shipping policy
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum order value, no handling charge, and no surcharge for larger items. The price on the product page is what you pay, plus sales tax where it applies.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from fulfillment centers inside the United States. Nothing is posted to you from overseas, so there are no customs charges, duties or import fees on a US order. The garments themselves are manufactured in China.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed on a business day are usually picked and shipped the same or the next business day. Standard delivery is 3 business days in transit after that, so most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days of being placed.
Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with a tracking number when the parcel ships. Tracking updates come from the carrier that handles the delivery.
What will the package look like?
Plain, unbranded packaging. There is no branding on the outside of the box or bag, and nothing on the exterior indicates what is inside or that it relates to medical treatment.
Can I ship to a different address from my billing address?
Yes. Enter the delivery address you want at checkout. Orders going to a hospital, clinic or dialysis center should include a recipient name and any department, ward or suite detail, since those buildings often have a central mail room.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. The store ships within the United States only.
Something is wrong with my delivery
If tracking has stopped moving, the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, or the package arrived damaged, use the contact form with your order number. Send a photo if the package or the item is damaged. We will tell you what happens next.
