How do I get in touch?

Use the contact form. It reaches us directly and it is the fastest way to get an answer. There is no phone line.

What to include

Tell us what you need and we can usually answer in one reply instead of three.

Your order number, if it is about an order
Which product and which size and color
What you want to happen: a return, a replacement, a size question, a stock question
If something arrived damaged, incorrect or faulty, say so and we will ask you for a photo if we need one

Questions about your treatment

We can answer questions about the garments: what opens where, what size to order, how to wash them. We cannot answer questions about your access, your treatment, or your care. Those belong with your dialysis nurse, infusion nurse, or care team, who know your situation.

Use the same form and say what you are looking for. Enquiries from clinics, dialysis centers, infusion centers and patient organizations are welcome, and quantities and timing help us give you a useful answer.
