Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days, and returns are free. If the item is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with any tags still attached.

What can be returned?

Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, within 30 days of the delivery date. Trying a garment on to check the fit is fine and does not count as wearing it.

Items that have been worn to a treatment session, washed, altered, or that come back damaged, stained or with a strong odor cannot be refunded.

How do I start a return?

Use the contact form with your order number and tell us which item you are returning and why. We will email you a prepaid return label and tell you where to send it. Please do not send anything back before you have that label, because a parcel that arrives without it can be difficult to match to your order.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. Return shipping is on us. Your return instructions include a prepaid label emailed to you on request, and you do not pay anything to send an item back.

When do I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked. Allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post it after we issue it.

Can I exchange it for a different size?

The simplest route is to return what you have and place a new order in the size you want. That is faster than an exchange, and it means the size you want is not held for you while a parcel is in transit. If the size you need is out of stock, say so on the contact form and we will let you know when it is back.

What if the item is faulty or the wrong thing arrived?

Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out. A faulty item or a picking error is our problem, not yours, and the 30-day condition rules above do not apply to it.

What about clearance items?

Clearance items, including the green colorway, are returnable on the same terms as everything else. They are the same garment made the same way, and they are only discounted because the color is being discontinued.

Where else did you buy it?

If you bought the item on Amazon, Etsy or Walmart rather than here, the return has to go through that marketplace, under that marketplace's policy. We cannot process a return here for an order placed somewhere else.
