Our patent-pending wrist-to-wrist zipper configuration features a single continuous zipper that runs from one wrist, across the chest, to the other wrist. Four zipper pulls create up to two independent openings anywhere along the track, allowing forearm, inner elbow, upper arm, or upper chest access without removing the garment. Whether access is on the left arm, right arm, or chest, one garment covers it. The opposite arm remains free for blood pressure monitoring. The sherpa fleece shell delivers genuine warmth without bulk, making it a go-to layer for colder treatment environments and recovery at home. Relaxed unisex fit. Women and those with smaller frames typically size down 1 to 2 sizes.

How is this different from the sherpa hoodie?

Same fabric, different zipper and no hood. The sherpa hoodie has two sleeve zippers, each running wrist to upper chest, plus a full front zipper. This crewneck has one continuous zipper running the whole way across, wrist to wrist, so it can open a chest window as well as either arm, and it can open two places at the same time.
